• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MorTours.

Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due as outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversions are approximate and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations by You: Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period:
  • More than 30 days before tour start: Full refund, less any non-refundable deposits (e.g., for accommodations or third-party services).
  • 15–30 days before tour start: 50% refund, less non-refundable deposits.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns or insufficient participants), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Tour Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for your booking, including health or accessibility needs.
• Ensure you have valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) and comply with Moroccan entry requirements.
• Follow safety instructions and guidance provided by our guides or drivers during tours.
• Respect local customs, laws, and cultural practices in Morocco.

Our Responsibilities

• Deliver the tour as described in your booking confirmation, subject to reasonable adjustments for safety, weather, or unforeseen events.
• Provide experienced guides and drivers (e.g., as praised in reviews for our guide Karim) to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate with local partners to fulfill tour activities, such as camel treks or souk visits.

4. Intellectual Property
